The Hooper Cocktail
- 1 1/2 Oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 Oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/4 Oz St. Germain
- 5 Drops Grapefruit Bitters
- Garnish: Lemon Twist
Stir all ingredients with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
